us will remain completely confidential. As such information will be
used for our dealings only and never given to any person or company for
any other reason other than that while at the appropriate time, to
facilitate the real estate in detail. With your permission the
pertinent transaction details may only be released to your Mortgage
banker, Real Estate representative, Home Inspector and or a closing
Attorney on a need to know basis only.
All properties require
a percentage concerning what type of auction by category is taking
place. In which the seller will endorse the awarded percentage to the
auctioneer upon the current initial bid. Property will be sold “as is”
- where is without expressed or implied guarantee or warranty. All
information was derived from sources believed to be correct but is not
guaranteed, and is subject additions and deletions prior to sale and
withdrawal. All measurement are approximate to our knowledge, in which
buyer’s judgment and prior inspection of the property and records shall
be solely relied upon their own information found in inquiring the
property. As then the seller will furnish a good and marketable title
to property.
